The automatic boiler with thermostat and 1/4” drain tap (plastic) is ideal for heating and serving mulled wine, punch, coffee, tea, etc.
You can use it for preserving various types of fruit, vegetables and meat and for cooking and keeping warm soups and stews, ideally in conjunction with the simmering insert or soup insert. The soup or stew is heated in the water bath and nothing can burn.
The appliance has a durable acid-resistant enamel finish.
